Refund & Return Policy – Muditam
At Muditam Ayurveda, we are committed to delivering high-quality health and wellness products inspired by ancient Ayurvedic wisdom. Your satisfaction is important to us, and our refund policy is designed to ensure a worry-free purchase experience.
How to Request a Refund
If you're not satisfied with a product, you may be eligible for a refund. Please follow the steps below:

Email Subject: Refund Request – [Your Order Number]
Include the following details:
- Order Number or the email address used for placing the order
- Clear photo of the product received
- Reason for the refund request
Refund Window:
Request must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Once approved, refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
You will receive a confirmation via email/SMS along with a refund reference ID from our payment partner.
Issue Resolution Guidelines
1. General Dissatisfaction
If you are unhappy with our product, please email us within 30 days of delivery.
If the issue is unresolved, we may ask you to return the product to our address.
Once received and inspected (QA), a refund will be initiated.
2. Damaged Products
If you receive a damaged or leaked parcel:
- Record a video while opening the package
- Email the video to helpdesk@muditamayurveda.com within 3 days of delivery
We will send a free replacement at no extra cost.
3. Product Taste
Our supplements are made using Ayurvedic herbs and natural ingredients. While we make efforts to improve taste, some products may have a medicinal or bitter flavor.
Please note: Taste is subjective and not eligible for return or refund.
4. Allergy or Sensitivity
Before placing an order, please check the ingredient list thoroughly. If you experience an allergic reaction:
- You may discontinue use
- Return the remaining bottles (sealed/unopened) to us
- After quality check, we will issue a refund for the unused bottles
- One-way shipping charges will be deducted
5. Other Reasons for Return
If you'd like to return a product for any other reason:
- Ship the product back to us
- Once received and approved by QA, a refund will be issued for the unused supplement bottles
- One-way shipping charges will be deducted
6. No Visible Results
Ayurvedic supplements generally require a minimum of 3 months of consistent use for noticeable results.
- If you’ve used the products for less than 3 months, refund claims are not valid
- If used for 3 months or more, you may request a refund for unused bottles
- You must also provide a valid blood test report as proof of no improvement
Refund will be issued after review and quality check, minus one-way shipping charges.
Shipping Charges Deduction
All refunds are subject to deduction of shipping costs incurred by the company.
Shipping deductions vary by weight and distance. The minimum deduction is $20.
Important Notes
- Refunds are applicable only for purchases made via our official website or authorized channels
- Refunds are processed only after quality assurance of returned items, if applicable
- The decision of Muditam Ayurveda in refund matters shall be final
