Muditam Shipping Policy

Shipping Methods & Processing:
All orders are shipped via USPS, DHL, FedEx, or Amazon with full tracking and insurance provided. Orders are processed within 1–2 working days from the date of purchase, and you can expect delivery within 3–5 business days.

Regional Shipping Guidelines:

  • United States & Canada: Deliveries typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

  • Australia: Standard orders are delivered within 3–5 business days. For remote areas, additional delivery charges may apply (details will be emailed after order placement). Shipments to remote areas are dispatched via FedEx or DHL Express once the extra charges are confirmed. Alternatively, orders may be shipped via Indian Post without extra fees, although delivery will then take approximately 7–10 business days.

  • United Kingdom & Europe: Deliveries for Natural Ayurvedic products are expected within 5 business days. Please note that import duties, VAT, and taxes—generally around 10–15% of your order’s value—may be applied upon arrival.

  • Rest of the World: We also cater to global shipments, with delivery estimated at 4–7 business days. For express orders to remote regions, if your address qualifies as a remote area, any express shipping fee will be adjusted to the applicable standard remote area charge, with delivery in 6–8 days. (Please note: these timeframes are indicative, and remote regions in Europe and North America might experience delays.)

Late Delivery:
In the event of a delay, Muditam Ayurveda will make every effort to expedite your package. However, we cannot assume responsibility or offer refunds for delays caused by our couriers (DHL or FedEx) or by customs clearance procedures unless the delay originates from our dispatch.

Import Duty & Sales Tax:

  • U.S. Customers: Shipments with a value under $800 (imported by one person on one day) are exempt from duties and taxes.

  • Australian Customers: Orders under AUD 1,000 are exempt from duties, taxes, and charges.

  • Non-EU Customers: Import fees and taxes may apply upon arrival; please consult your local tax authorities for precise information.

  • EU Customers: Bulk orders may incur additional import taxes—please verify with your local customs office.

Note: Muditam Ayurveda is not responsible for any local import fees or taxes. Since these charges can vary by country, no estimated amount or percentage is provided at checkout. We also do not accept returns or refund requests related to these fees.

Logistics & Packaging:
To ensure a seamless shipping process, Muditam Ayurveda has partnered with trusted logistics providers. We guarantee that:

  • All products are shipped in pristine condition.

  • High-quality packaging materials are used, sourced from reliable vendors.

  • Each package undergoes thorough testing to confirm its integrity prior to dispatch.

Shipping Destination & Fees:
At this time, we ship exclusively within the United States. While international shipping is not available yet, we are planning to expand our service to other regions in the near future. Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders.

Order Confirmation, Processing & Tracking:
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Our team processes your order promptly and hands it over to our logistics partner. If our courier encounters difficulties reaching your address at the agreed time, they will contact you directly. Please be aware that processing times may extend slightly during peak seasons or promotional periods. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be provided via email so you can monitor your shipment online.
